Sightings not appearing in Range Map

I had sighted a Broad-winged Hawk on March 13, 2013. The sighting is in my ebird but not showing on the range map. Why? There were two diffrent Broad-wing hawk sightings that day from myself and another at two different locations. Where the sightings dismissed?

There are a lot of variables at play here, including but not limited to:

When you entered the Broad-winged Hawk were you asked for details? If you were asked did you provide a description of the bird that you saw?

Did you receive an email from an eBird reviewer asking for details and if so did you reply to it with a description of what you saw that led you to the identification as Broad-winged Hawk?

Did your spam filter block the eBird reviewer's email so that you never saw that email and the reviewer never heard back from you?

Is your reviewer backed up with masses of entries to review or on vacation and away from the computer?

Did you map it to the correct
location?

And potentially other factors.
