completed checklist indicates I observed 0 birds and how to save checklist to upload media

I completed a checklist for a rare bird for my area (Traill's flycatcher). The completed checklist indicated 0 birds observed even though I entered the number seen (1). The checklist doesn't appear on the Carolina Bird Club rare bird alert.
Also how you I save a completed checklist in order to upload media? There is only a Submit button on the checklist.
Thanks for responses..

John, Traill's Flycatcher is no longer a species - you would have to choose whether the bird was a Willow Flycatcher or Alder Flycatcher , which are the 2 species into which Traill's was split in the 1970's.
To save a checklist, click the green 'Save' button at the bottom of the page (after you have entered your species)
Good luck!

If you are not sure which species it is, you can also enter it as an Alder/Willow Flycatcher. They can be very difficult to tell apart, especially this time of year.
