day month AND YEAR date in every entry in Ask the eBird Community
Quoted here from Ask the eBird Community forum dated 4 SEP 2019 < https://help.ebird.org/customer/portal/questions/17633639-ebird-can-t-access-the-server?b_id=1928 > in the reply from by Mary Anne:
" (It would be nice to have a "year" beside the month and date to know how old the messages are.)"
Any quotation of words by others probably violates some code of ethics at eBird or in the entire birding world, but thanks Mary Anne for asking this question about dates in the Ask the eBird Community forum. We have long wished the entries included dates in order to provide better information especially about repeated questions. Yes, we know the sequence is a time series, but the time series is now 203 screens long and several years of queries (and that is after some deletions of even older entries several years ago.).
Apologies to Mary Anne if we intruded on her thoughts.

Totally agree - year needs to be on forum entries in any forum, let alone one that is multiple years old!
