Problem Loading Life List

Hello, I am eager to start using eBird but it would be so helpful to have my life list loaded. I have followed all the directions here:
http://help.ebird.org/customer/portal/articles/973912-how-to-upload-your-life-list
But I am getting an error about the large number of species observed. I used the date 01/01/1900 as instructed. Here is the exact error if anyone can provide a suggestion to resolve I'll be grateful!
Error message:
You observed an incredible number of birds in United States on 1/1/00 12:00 AM! It seems like there is a problem with the date and/or location. eBird requires an accurate date and location to upload data. Please review the upload instructions at http://help.ebird.org/customer/portal/articles/973912-how-to-upload-your-life-list.

Could it be that you entered the date year 2000? When entering historical sightings for a life list you should use the date of 1-1-1900

I definitely used 01/01/1900. And I did not enter a time, as instructed at the link. I have emailed as suggested and included the .csv file for inspection :). I just didn't want to bother the crew if anyone had also encountered and solved the problem. Thanks!
