Where do I direct a wild bird health question?

I have feeders, bird baths and plantings for cover. I have been involved in feeding birds for around 40 years. Yesterday have female house finch act like it was breathing hard and part of the breast was extended. I did not hear a window impact. She died. Today on one of my bird baths a Baltimore oriole was acting like it was choking. It died it seems quickly.
neither bird cared if I approached. I have cleaned all the feeders and baths. what is it and what can I do?

Lonnie,
The only thing I can suggest is to call your local wildlife investigation center, or rescue center.
