Why are my embedded videos not archived in the Macaulay Library?

Simple question: I've followed all available instructions for adding video to my eBird checklists. I upload them to my YouTube account (creative commons license) and embed them in the species comment.

However, having done that I see the videos do not show up in the Macaulay Library database. They don't appear on eBird media searches, neither to they appear in the Explore Species profile.

What am I doing wrong? I want my videos to be searchable/shared.

Josh, videos cannot be uploaded to eBird: this page has more information:
"At this time, we are not accepting video uploads to the archive via eBird; however, if you have a sizable collection of high-definition, high-quality video, contact us to discuss the possibility of archiving your media."
Good luck!

Hey Josh,
Videos that you embed through YouTube only show up in eBird checklists, not on the media search. Only people that work for Macaulay Library can upload videos to eBird.

Hope this helps.
