Is the ebirder monthly challenge exclusively for those reporting in the USA or is it worlwide?

Worldwide. A large amount of the eBirder-of-the-Months are from outside the US. I know this quite personally, as my sister was the eBirder of February 2017.

Thinking of a quick reply, here is says that you originally wrote on December 4, 1:20 AM, and that I replied on December 3, at 8:29 PM.
Am I the only one that thinks this a bit strange? :)

Time zones could be the reason. I believe each response and the original question is in the zone that the computer is set to. This response is at 10:23 PM Eastern Time.

Can i have 1 list for 2 different locations or do i have to make 2 lists? proves that theory. Look at the times!
