importing data seems to be stuck in a loop

Problems began when Birdwatchers Diary failed to upload directly telling me that my login details were wrong. So my workaround was to email the list to myself and then save the data and upload on PC to eBird. But I have now have a problem whereby the upload seems to be stuck in an endless loop.

So when I log into ebird instead of getting the home page I'm getting:
You have been redirected here because critical session information needed to submit your checklist has been lost. This can happen by clicking "Submit Observations" or viewing or editing an observation in a different browser tab, thus leaving the checklist flow, and then attempting to return where you left off. It can also happen after a server restart or when new functionality is deployed.

Continue using one of the options below.

The checklist causing the problem doesn't appear when I navigate to the 'Manage my checklists' page. But if I go to the 'Manage imported data' page I see the offending checklist with the message 'waiting/processing' I've tried 3 times to upload the checklist which has simply resulted in 3 'stuck' checklists which I can do nothing with. There seems no way to delete them?

I have been having the same issue with Batch Import as of Oct 5th, and other observers are experiencing the same problem. It seems to be an issue on eBird's side.
