Can I report sightings from lists compiled in November 2017?

In 11/2017 I my wife, a close friend and I went on two birding tours in Costa Rica with certified guide. They were truly professional and knew the species in the areas we toured. I compiled a detailed list containing only those species about which I was certain.

Absolutely Nicholas, any bird you have seen or heard and have recorded can be entered into eBird regardless of when it was. I've seen listings in my area going back into the 1970s, well before the internet, let alone eBird, even existed. If you have the full information such as start time, duration, and distance just enter it like any other report. If you didn't write that down then don't worry about it, you can still enter your list using the "Historical" protocol option.

You do however at least need to know the date and location. If you have that then please do submit your sightings
