Has the range for Yellow Shafted Flicker expanded to Southwestern ID.(Nampa 83686

This is the second winter that I have seen a Yellow Shafter, Northern Flicker visit my feeders. I can safely say I have seen, yellow lining of tail and wing feathers, and red V on back of neck. The "sideburns" on side of face have mostly black, indication of yellow species, but I seen, in good light, partial horizontal strip of red. The red indicating red shafted.
Anyone seen similar observations? Thanks
