how unusual is it to see a bluebird in broome cty.,ny at this time of year?

temperatures have been below zero last week with snow. there is a bit of fruit on some viburnums and hollies but i've never seen him touch it.
this morning i saw him sitting the roof a bird house.

to discoveer the frequency (of reports) use the Explore data functionality (top menu bar) and start typing the name of the county you are referring to. then, click on bar charts and then on the bird's species (in this case eastern? bluebird)

Here in Pompey, Onondaga County We see a few bluebirds all winter the past several years. They sometimes go into boxes at night in the winter.
