I have stopped seeing Anna's Hummingbirds despite leaving nectar on different locations. Do they migrate during winter. When shall I expect to see them back
Thank you

Well, for starters, you could tell us where you are located.
eBird is a world-wide database of bird sightings.

I am located in the Pacific Northwest, city of Wenatchee, state of Washington.
I should have started with this basic info.
Thank you

Check out https://ebird.org/ebird/subnational2/US-WA-007/media?yr=all&m=#annhum - you should see a search bar page ("Jump to Species") where you can type "Anna's Hummingbird." It gives a visual representation of the percentage of checklists reporting a species throughout the year, based on eBird data! It looks like Anna's is pretty infrequent during the winter, though not 100% absent.
