Find a public profile and join the eBird Community

Hi, my profile is public, so now I would like to see other profiles too! I have no clue how to search for eBirders though.
And this question appears to be send to the community, but how can I join that community, I don't see any button to go there (for example how to read questions of other birders).

Ooops, the second question I could answer myself already... Completely overlooked the right column with all questions, sorry! Maybe the link to all questions could be somewhat more clear.

You can view the profiles of those observers who have set their profile as public from anywhere where their name is listed- top 100, within a checklist, last seen from hotspot/regional summaries etc.
Where their profile is public their name will show up blue and underlined and clicking on this will link you to their profile
