Looking for someone to help troubleshoot eBirders' uploaded files

eBirders

Importing data to eBird from an Excel file can be a challenging process, and while we've done our best to describe that process here (http://help.ebird.org/customer/portal/articles/973915), there are still many cases where people send us their files for troubleshooting. Since we are well-versed in the process, it usually doesn't take too long to figure out the problem, but it would be really helpful to us if someone out there in the eBird community could take on the roll of helping people specifically with these files. The person we're looking for to do this must be patient and willing to help sort out these sometimes messy cases, and make sure that these files come into eBird representing the original data to its fullest extent, and ensure that these data won't negatively impact eBird. So, if there are any takers for this admittedly challenging task, please email me (bls42@cornell.edu) and we'll get you started.

Thanks

Brian
