Laos province data not displaying

I have submitted lists for Xaignabouli [Sayaboury] and Oudômxai [Oudomsai] provinces; however, they are not showing up at all for Xaignabouli [Sayaboury] in the Top 100 and aren't appearing for 2012 for Oudômxai [Oudomsai] (overall, oddly, is fine there). Any idea why?

You have the following checklists that are considered “non-public” (i.e., they don;t show in any eBird output) because they are submitted at the state level.

If these can be refined (click “edit location” on each list) then they will start showing up and become a valuable part of the database, especially for an area we have so little coverage.

State level submissions are allowed for personal record keeping, but are excluded from data output since the spatal scale is so broad. If you can refine these that would be great.

I'd love to, but thought that the province-level made the most sense in absence of Lao districts. These birds were seen from a boat travelling along the Mekong and, alas, I had no BirdLog to give me GPS. Should I have an incidental report and place the pin midway along the Mekong in that province? Thanks.

Yes, that’s probably the best solution.
