To suggest a personal location as an eBird hotspot go to "My eBird" and then to "
Manage My Locations", located on the right side of the page. Here are all the locations you have every submitted a checklist from. You can type the name of the location you want to suggest as a hotspot, if you know it, and then select it. This will take you to the location editing page, where you can suggest as a hotspot, as shown above.

You can also find the hotspot in the list, click edit, and suggest as a hotspot from the main Manage My Locations page. To select multiple hotspots, toggle the check box next to the location(s) you wish to suggest as a hotspot and then choose "Suggest As Hotspots" from the drop-down list at the upper right of the page. Then click "Submit."
Using either method, a request will be sent to the eBird editors to review this location as an eBird hotspot. It should then appear in the hotspots list after being approved by a local expert.
