Is there a way to download a map of hotspots for use offline?

I bought a tablet and am planning on taking it to the coast this week to explore for new birds. Being that it has no internet connectivity except for wifi which is sometimes hard to get, is there any way I can save a map of the region I'll be visiting so I know where all the good hotspots are and I can look them up when I'm in the middle of nowhere? Ideally like how it displays on the computer, with the little pins for each spot on the map.

You can download a list of hotspots that include the coordinates, but unfortunately I don't think you can download a map.
