Is there an ebird site where I can get help identifying a photo?

I have a photo from south of Manila, that I took for an immature Blue-fronted Redstart until I discovered that they are not found in the Philippines. Is there a way I can post this and ask for help?

eBird does not provide ID help.
Try the forums at whatbird.com or one of the many Facebook bird ID pages.

I agree with J.
there are excellent online resources for that, for example the FaceBook page 'What's this bird?' for North America (and else) or or the many local and not local FB pages meant to provide assistance with bird IDs.
In this case, I recommend the 'facebook bird id group of the world'.
In alternative, there is a forum at the page 'whatbird.com'. Once you have a definite ID, please feel free to enter the sighting on eBird thanks
