Uploaded photos not showing in my Profile page
I have noticed that not all the photos that I upload to ebird show up as photos on my profile page, even though they are there on my checklist. this is particularly the case when I upload photos retrospectively to old checklists which were originally submitted before ebird allowed photos to be uploaded.
If I click on the MacAuley Library link of one of these photos it gives the message
This ML catalog number is not publicly available.
Why are these photos not publicly available, and how can I change it so that they are?

I have the same problem and get the same message. I initially thought it might be due to filter settings (the species was unconfirmed) but it is not.
I suspect this is a bug or system glitch rather than user error. I have sent a detailed message describing the problem but have not heard back yet.

Thank you Phil, I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one with this problem. It has been bugging me for several months. If you do hear anything back from them, please let me know what they say.

I got a form reply from eBird, explaining the confirmation process (but not explaining the missing pictures, so it was not too helpful.
Interestingly, however, I just checked my pictures and they reappeared! Are yours back?
