How can I report a hotspot that is wrong?
Anyone can request a place be made into a hotspot but sometimes people are abusing this privilege. Where I live a park got made into a hotspot but the only checklist on it is by someone who said he drove almost 11 miles around the neighborhood. This park is only 0.018 square miles in area, so clearly he did NOT find the bulk of his sightings at this park but miles away from it. This is an inaccurate depiction of the birds in the area and is not helpful but there is no way to report this checklist or hotspot for containing false information. What should I do?

I would suggest you email eBird directly and explain the situation giving them as much information as you can.
