how to findentries for "hawk sp" among my observations

We regularly hear single shrieks and series of shrieks along one of our walking routes. We are assuming this may be an accipiter based on call quality and the one series of chatter calls we heard. We entered several observations as "hawk sp." until (perhaps) we make a better identification. But now when we try to sort our observations to determine on which days we heard the calls, we find no easy way to make the sort. "hawk sp." does not appear on our list of species. Suggestions for a quick filter? We will continue to observe, report, and look for a solution within eBird.
Good birding,
Meg

Aha, we found a path that gives some of what we wanted.

Try the Explore Data tab, scroll to bottom of page and choose Summary Tables - Your Data, we then chose Month Report for March, then selected the appropriate locations (now we know how to select multiple locations), and finally learned that we has some number of observations during 5 day windows of time. Then back to My eBird, choose Manage My Checklists, and finally open each one. Wow, we hope to have a better identification so we need only return to a very few lists for corrections!
Good birding,
Meg
